#1. We do not offer returns on multiple units of the same product without returning in original condition to our location.

#2. Suspected fraud. if we suspect foul play, we may deny a refund on product. This situation typically arises with first-time customers placing large orders. We've encountered instances where fraudsters have used multiple email addresses to make substantial purchases and subsequently requested full refunds for all opened products. Due to repeated occurrences, we carefully evaluate return requests and reserve the right to deny returns suspected of fraudulent activity.
#3. Tracking shows delivered, but you can't find the box.
Occasionally, if tracking shows a package as delivered, shipping services are unable to assist us in locating it or filing a claim. If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact your local shipping office to check if they can locate it. It's also possible the package was delivered to a neighbor, although this is uncommon.
For first-time customers experiencing this issue, we do not issue refunds or replacements.
However, we will assist with lost packages that can be verified with a tracking number. Sometimes shipping services experience delays and packages are lost in transit. If this is confirmed by the tracking number, we will collaborate with you to locate the package or arrange a replacement.
